We are currently updating our roster of consultants to strengthen our capacity in managing consulting operations and enhancing client communications. We seek a Consulting Operations and Communications Expert to streamline our internal processes, optimize project delivery, and cultivate strong client relationships.

Objectives:
The Consulting Operations and Communications Expert will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of consulting services. Key objectives include:

• Operational Excellence: Streamlining and optimizing consulting operations, project management processes, and resource allocation.
• Client Engagement: Enhancing client communication, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
• Knowledge Management: Establishing and maintaining a robust knowledge management system to capture and share project learnings and best practices.
• Team Collaboration: Facilitating effective collaboration and communication among team members to enhance project outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Implementing quality assurance measures to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality consulting services.
• Business Development: Supporting business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and developing marketing materials.

Scope of Work:
The Consulting Operations and Communications Expert will be engaged on a project-specific basis, with the scope of work tailored to the specific needs of each project. Typical tasks may include:

• Project Management: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
• Client Communication: Managing client communication channels, providing regular updates, and addressing client concerns.
• Proposal Development: Preparing high-quality proposals, concept notes, and other business development materials.
• Knowledge Management: Developing and maintaining a knowledge management system to capture and share project learnings and best practices.
• Team Collaboration: Facilitating team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Quality Assurance: Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Operational Efficiency: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field with at least three years of relevant experience, OR
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in consulting operations, project management, client relationship management, and communications.
• Strong understanding of consulting industry best practices and trends.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
