Horn of Africa Review

The Horn of Africa is attracting high security-related investments in the recent years with Djibouti becoming a hub for foreign military bases. China, France, Japan, Italy, and the United States already have facilities in the country. In addition, Somaliland signed an agreement with the United Arab Emirates early 2017 to build a military base at Berbera.
