Measuring change and progress made by various stakeholders is an important element in the fight against terror.

Community Together Initiative provided an opportunity to show what works in P/CVE programmes.

The CVE index will work as a monitoring and evaluation tool for the county.

The report covers an evaluation of P/CVE activities in Mandera, Wajir and Garissa counties.

This is a minimalistic research study to understand the confluence of VE issues affecting Isiolo County.
